RETURN POLICY

Please note at this time we do not offer cash refunds. You can however exchange your unworn, unused item(s) within 24 hours of receiving it by contacting us If the replacement item happens to be out of stock, we will issue a store credit equivalent to the exact amount of item only once the item has been returned back into our possession first. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs associated with new item(s) and an invoice will be issued for the shipping fee on the exchanged new item(s). Even on orders that originally qualified for free. 

All of our items are handmade and checked over to ensure no defective products are sent out but in the event that something may be overlooked on our behalf we will be happy to rectify it. Please send us an email within 24 hours upon receiving the item along with a picture and we will get back to you with a resolution.

SHIPPING

Items on our site are made to order. Our TAT- Turnaround Time, is 2-3 weeks after the order is placed. If we can not for some reason hold to our TAT, we will contact you to make other arrangements.
RTS- Ready to Ship items will have RTS in the name of the product. These are premade items with limited size options and often one of a kind or only a few were made. These items will ship within 3-6 business days of purchase. RTS Drops are first come first serve. If you miss out on a particularly item, please let us know and we can try to accommodate however many RTS items will not be restocked.
Pre-order items: Pre order items have a longer TAT than our RTS or made to order items. Each preorder will have a specific TAT. Generally 5-6 weeks. Fabrics for these items will be order after the sale is closed.
Order Combining: At certain times, all 3 kinds of items may be available online (ie Regular TAT, RTS, and Preorder). If you choose to check out with mixed TAT items on your order. The longest TAT is when your order will ship unless you contact us and pay extra postage fees.
CANADA SHIPPING:
Canadian shipping is determined by Canada Post automatically at check out. We do offer $5 letter mail untracked shipping. Please note: we are not responsible if you not receive your order if you choose to ship letter mail.
USA & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to all USA States and international countries by Canada Post. Rates are determined by Canada Post.
SMALL PACKET AIR SHIPPING-this option is offered to USA residents however it is NOT tracked and can take up to 30-60 (high volume seasons) days to get to customers. Please note, we are not responsible if you do not receive your order if you choose this option nor are we responsible for any customs charges occurred. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES ONCE THEY HAVE EXCHANGED HANDS AND ARE IN THE CARE OF THE POSTAL CARRIER OR ANY POSSIBLE INCURRING CUSTOM FEES.

LOCAL PICKUP

Please note that the local pickup option must please be utilized within 7 working days of your being ready for pick up unless otherwise arranged. It is your responsibilities to contact us to make arrangements to pick up your order. If after 7 days we have not heard from you, we will deliver your order at our earliest ability to the address on file and are not responsible for the address being incorrect. 

Do not select local pickup if it is not applicable as your order will be held until an invoice is paid with the appropriate shipping fees.
