RETURN POLICY

Please note at this time we do not offer cash refunds. You can however exchange your unworn, unused item(s) within 24 hours of receiving it by contacting us If the replacement item happens to be out of stock, we will issue a store credit equivalent to the exact amount of item only once the item has been returned back into our possession first. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs associated with new item(s) and an invoice will be issued for the shipping fee on the exchanged new item(s). Even on orders that originally qualified for free. 

All of our items are handmade and checked over to ensure no defective products are sent out but in the event that something may be overlooked on our behalf we will be happy to rectify it. Please send us an email within 24 hours upon receiving the item along with a picture and we will get back to you with a resolution.

Items will be shipped out between 3-5 working business days after your purchase.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES ONCE THEY HAVE EXCHANGED HANDS AND ARE IN THE CARE OF THE POSTAL CARRIER OR ANY POSSIBLE INCURRING CUSTOM FEES.


LOCAL PICKUP

Please note that the local pickup option must please be utilized within 7 working days of placing your purchase, unless otherwise arranged. It is your responsibility to contact us to make arrangements to pick up your order.

Do not select local pickup if it is not applicable as your order will be held until an invoice is paid with the appropriate shipping fees.
